LOCATION: The Other Club 1227 Riverside Avenue Fort Collins, CO 80524 (3rd building behind the Vineyard Church at the flag pole)
First and foremost, you’ll receive personalized attention and a customized approach from me to meet your needs and goals. Beyond being guided through the yoga postures like in a group class, private instruction will assist you in adjusting the posture to get the most benefit based on your body and personal needs.
Further, you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about the practice, the poses, the philosophy, meditation, and the benefits. I’ll help you understand when you can go deeper or when you should pull back in a pose. Ultimately, private yoga will enhance your life by bringing awareness, understanding and clarity to the connection of the mind and body.
