Come find MOMENTUM to MOVE, SWEAT, & FLOW with our 8 Week Momentum Class Series. It’s an all-levels fitness and yoga class at StraighLine Fitness! Our unique class offering combines body weight strength training and yoga each Friday morning from 6-7 am.
The first half of class consists of an all-levels energizing strength training/high intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit, followed by a rejuvenating yoga flow to cool you down and stretch you out.
Spread the word. Join with a friend if that’s your style. The more the merrier! We can’t wait to see you! Please wear sneakers for the workout, and bring a water bottle and a towel. Yoga mats are available, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
